A couple of years ago I decided to have a go at the property market. I bought a bungalow and renovated it. The biggest lesson I learned is that the industry needs a website to rate the trader websites! Anyhow, after a year of being ripped off and let down by so called trusted traders, the project was completed.
I was so happy to finally get rid of it … thus ended my foray into the property world!
